1. Company have permission to cancel the order at any point in time and the reason could be -
The company retains the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, and the decision may be influenced by certain factors, including but not limited to:
- A high cancellation rate was observed in the customer's delivery area, indicating potential fulfilment challenges.
- A high rate of Return to Origin (RTO) rejections in the customer's area, which may affect logistical efficiency.
- The customer's area is classified as a non-delivery zone due to logistical or operational constraints.
In such cases, the company will endeavour to notify the customer promptly and provide a refund if payment has already been made
2. Companies have the right to change prices at any point in time.
The company reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. This may include adjustments due to market conditions, supplier costs, promotional offers, or changes in operational expenses. While we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in pricing, these changes are at the sole discretion of the company. Any price modifications will be reflected on the official website or relevant sales platforms immediately. Customers are encouraged to confirm the current price before completing a purchase, as previously displayed prices may no longer be valid.
3. In case of cancellation from the customer's end after shipping, the customer is liable to pay the RTO charges.
In the event of an order cancellation initiated by the customer after the product has been shipped, the customer will be held liable for the Return to Origin (RTO) charges. These charges cover the cost of shipping the product back to the company and are applicable even if the customer refuses to accept the delivery. The RTO charges will either be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable) or billed separately to the customer. This policy ensures fair handling of shipping expenses incurred during the process.
