CANCELLATION POLICY

Fitspire reserves the right to cancel any order in case of malicious, suspicious or fraudulent payment methods.

Also, customer can request cancellations within 24 hrs of placing the orders, by contacting us to at "7289946543" between 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Fitspire Platform: Terms and Conditions for Cancellation and RTO (Return to Origin) Cancellation Courier Charges

  1. Cancellation Window: We provide 4-hour cancellation window once the order is placed. Post 4 hours, we deduct platform charges Rs. 50 from your order. In case the order has left the warehouse, we will deduct RTO charges as mentioned in the subsequent points.

 

  1. Definition of RTO Cancellation: RTO Cancellation refers to the process of returning a product to its origin due to reasons such as undeliverable address, customer refusal, or any other circumstances leading to the cancellation of the delivery.

 

  1. Responsibility of Courier Charges: The customer shall bear the courier
    charges associated with RTO Cancellation. Fitspire Platform shall not be liable for any costs incurred in returning the product to its origin.

 

  1. Notification of RTO Cancellation: In the event of an RTO Cancellation, the customer shall be promptly notified via their registered email address or phone number provided during the order placement. Fitspire Platform will communicate the details of the cancellation and the associated courier charges, if applicable. We will also share screenshots of courier tracking as proofs of non -acceptance of your order, if applicable.

 

  1. Acceptance of Courier Charges: By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Fitspire Platform, the customer acknowledges and agrees to bear the courier charges related to RTO Cancellation. These charges may vary depending on the courier service provider and the destination of the delivery address.

 

  1. Payment of Courier Charges: The customer shall be responsible for the payment of the courier charges incurred during RTO Cancellation. Fitspire Platform reserves the right to deduct these charges from any refunds due to the customer for the cancelled order, or the customer may be required to make a separate payment for the courier charges.
  2. Non-Refundable Courier Charges: Courier charges incurred due to RTO Cancellation are non-refundable. Fitspire Platform shall not entertain any requests for refunds or waivers of these charges once the cancellation process has been initiated.
  3. Modification of Terms: Fitspire Platform reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions related to RTO Cancellation courier charges at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms periodically for any changes.

 

  1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
